I was in an accident and was referred to him by my father. However, prior to retaining him I went through several other lawyers, who all claimed they reviewed my case and due to a stipulation in my insurance policy I was told there was nothing I can do, after being rear ended at a red light I found that hard to believe, so I sought out laywer after lawyer. Finally, I found Alex, My Savior, after thoroughly reviewing my case he asked why no other lawyer would take it, I explained to him what I was told and he explained just what the problem was. Apparently they all assumed I had a zero tork policy which states you need to be permanently injured in order to file a claim. He first found that it didnt apply to me, then assisted me in finding and receiving proper medical care. Once I was able to seek medical help we found out I was injuried, my rotator cuff was torn. Turned out I needed surgry and with his help, was able to recieve the surgery at no cost to me. Then we went to court and he had got me $30,0000.00 for the pain and suffering, as well as the hardship due to the totaling of my only vehicle.
